Buying

 
If you see an item that you are interested in please contact me for more information at julianna@juliannaheale.com I can answer your questions and have detailed photos for you to view.
 

Payment

 
Payment must be received within five days of purchase. Payment should be by PayPal or bank transfer only.
 

Delivery

 
Items are usually despatched within two working days of receipt of payment.

International orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail International Signed-For Airmail, trackable at www.royalmail.com using the barcode stated in dispatch email. International packages will be tracked until the package leaves the UK, after which the package must be tracked with the recipient’s national postal service. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates on international packages.

High value (usually over £1,000) may be shipped via DHL or similar courier.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

International, non-EU deliveries may be subject to duty and custom charges for which you are responsible. These taxes may mean your items are delayed whist held at customs and may not be refunded should you return your purchase.
 

Returns

 
I hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s). However, if for any reason you are not, please email me at julianna@juliannaheale.com within 24 hours of receiving your order giving your reason for return.(s).

I regret that returns are not accepted for swimwear, lingerie and jewellery.

All other items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, for a refund (excluding postage and insurance) or exchange (subject to availability). The item must be returned unworn and including any tags, dust bags or boxes which came with it. Buyers are responsible for paying any postage costs of the returned item unless the item is not as described.
